Call for Papers

COSAC APAC 2027 will take place 23-25 February 2027 at Collins Square, Melbourne, Australia.

Deadline for Proposals: 10 July 2026.

If selected, speakers are entitled to complimentary admission to COSAC APAC 2027 including all meals, networking and functions.

Short-listed proposals are anonymised prior to evaluation by the selection committee. We strongly recommended that proposed abstracts contain emphasis on how the session will address four evaluation criteria:

• Value – the session should provide a clear value proposition for professionals with more than fifteen years of experience;
• Uniqueness – preference is given to sessions that provide exclusive launch of new materials, research or methods and ideally the session should be unique and not previously presented at any other public forum or conference;
• Timeliness – the proposed material should be relevant and timely;
• Approach – the session content and style should be tailored to the expectations of the COSAC audience as discussed below.

Sales content is strictly prohibited at COSAC. The COSAC audience expects unique, thought-provoking content of the very highest quality, innovative strategies and methods, research or case studies that reveal real challenges and inspirational solutions. Sessions should not be positioned as traditional conference lectures. Presenters must be aware that the COSAC audience expects to participate extensively in the proposed session: interaction will be frequent; questions and challenges may be relentless. COSAC expects that your session should attract feedback from our demanding audience that averages a score greater than 4/5 for content value.

• If you are proposing more than one session for COSAC 2027, you will be required to submit the below form once per session being submitted (A maximum of three proposals will be accepted per person).
• If you plan to co-present your session with others, please have their basic information (name & email) ready before completing the form
• Please have your session abstract ready in a Word document or PDF prior to completing the form
• Please have your speaker bio & bios for any co-presenters ready in a Word document or PDF prior to completing the form
